This has been an absolute game changer for leg day in my little home gym. Hack squats and front squats feel really great. It’s also really good for single leg exercises like Bulgarian split squats and reverse lunges as it adds a bit of stability and is easier to load rather than holding two dumbells. Makes calf raises a lot easier and for bonus points it makes for a good Viking shoulder press. Really well built and simple piece of gear that is so versatile.
