The single leg (iso) tibialis bar is designed to work each leg in isolation to strengthen an athlete’s Tibialis Anterior muscle, reducing the risk or repairing the damage from shin injuries along with a number of other benefits. Strengthening the Tibialis Anterior muscle has been proven to reduce risk of ankle and tendon injuries. 

Manufactured in the UK, the single tib bar also offers the opportunity of developing explosiveness in sports such as basketball, volleyball, rugby, athletics, and more, where jumping and sprinting are essential.  A Great tool for runners, as it also helps improve ground clearance while walking or running.

WHAT DOES THE SOLO TIBIALIS BAR DO?

The solo tibialis bar has been designed for those looking to strengthen the tibialis muscles and develop power in their training and sports. Unlike our standard tib, the tib solo targets single foot and unilateral movements including, ankle rotations and tib raises. 

Proven to reduce injury, and help those recovering from a previous injury, this is a useful device that can be used to build muscle and strength in challenging yet controlled exercises.
