DELIVERY

At Forte Fitness we strive to deliver the best customer service possible, and we use several reputable couriers to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

WOOD PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER 

The characteristics of the wood used to build a particular product may vary slightly from the wood used in any sample or product photography due to the inherent characteristics of the material.

Wood is a natural material. There will be a variation, including knots, texture and grain variation. We cannot control or guarantee the exact look of every product.

Pattern design might change slightly due to material availability.

In turn, no representation, warranty and/or guarantee is made with respect to the precise colour, lustre or appearance of finishes of any products.

COLLECTION

If you have chosen to collect your order in person, you will receive an email with options of date and time. Please note that we cannot accommodate customers who do not have a prior confirmed collection appointment. We do not offer tours of our warehousing or manufacturing facility or have products on display to view.
Organising Collection:

1. Once you have placed your order and confirmed payment on your order online and selected “collection” as your chosen method of delivery, Forte Fitness will email you when the order is ready to collect.

** PLEASE NOTE: If you turn up prior to our collection confirmation we will not be able to supply you with your order on demand.**

2. We will ask you to choose a date and time from the list provided, and address for collection

3.Once the item has been handed to you, as the customer take full responsibility for any damages that may be caused to products during loading or transit.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from our warehouse – please bear in mind that some of our items are made to order (e.g. Table, Slant board, and other wooden products) and may in some cases take considerably longer than 3 days to dispatch. If that’s the case, we will notify you with a new expected delivery date.
If you have any concerns or queries regarding a delay on dispatch or delivery, please get in touch. Once dispatched from our warehouse and in the hands of the hauliers or courier, it may take us a little longer to find information regarding delays on your order – please bear with us, our team work hard to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

*Please note that deliveries outside the UK  might be subject to customs duty tax.

Please note that our price do not cover tax duties. If customer refuse to pay tax duties and the parcel is returned to us because of it, we cannot offer a refund, due to the significant cost incurred.

BACK ORDER

Most back order items will become available for delivery between 7-14 days.

GENERATED SHIPPING PRICES

All the shipping prices generated from our website apply to the UK mainland ONLY.
Therefore, these shipping prices exclude areas within the UK such as Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey & The Scottish Highlands, etc.
Consequently, if you have placed an order from one of these regions (or similar) and the incorrect shipping charges have been applied to your order, please do not be alarmed if a member of our sales team contacts you shortly after placing an order to arrange an additional payment to cover the shipping costs.
If you are not willing to pay these additional charges then your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued (for more information regarding this please refer to our terms and conditions which provide more information regarding this).

UK RIG CONSIGNMENTS

Rigs are available for delivery in UK mainland only.

All larger orders (rig. and rig. xl) will be delivered individually.
1. Once you have placed your order and confirmed payment on your order online and selected “delivery” as your chosen method of delivery, Forte Fitness will email you when the order is ready to be delivered.

2. We will ask you to choose a date from the list provided, and to confirm the address for delivery.

3. Once the item has been handed to you, as the customer take full responsibility for any damages that may be caused to products during loading or assembly.

PARCELS

The majority of our parcel orders are shipped via Royal Mail or other courier (e.g. DPD).
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification from the courier which will confirm the delivery date of your order and provide you with a time slot for your delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched the delivery address of your order cannot be changed.
Please note, if you request for the courier to leave your parcel in a safe location regardless of whether or not the courier has left your parcel in the incorrect location requested, we (Forte Fitness) are not liable and will not dispatch a replacement order – this is done so at your own risk.

PLEASE NOTE: If your delivery is not accepted on two or three occasions (depending on courier), your order will be returned to our warehouse, the cost of redelivery will sit with the customer not Forte Fitness.

MISSING PARCELS

If your order has been dispatched and you still haven’t received your order within a reasonable time frame please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
If we are unable to resolve the following issue DPD will initially arrange for a parcel search in the delivery depot where your order was last scanned – this process can take between 3-5 days.
If DPD are unable to locate your order we will raise a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement order to be dispatched.
Please note, a replacement order will only be dispatched when DPD have completed their investigation.

Please note, any disputes regarding a damaged item or missing parcel must be made within 14 days (including weekends) from the date of your order being dispatched.
It is with regret to inform you that any disputes made outside of this timeframe are not valid, as this falls outside of our couriers dispute terms and conditions.
Consequently, we will not be able to send out a replacement order as we will be unable to raise a claim with the courier.
