The leg extension attachment by Fitness Forte is a plate loadable rig or wall mounted attachment, ideal for performing movements such as leg extensions, hip thrusts, elevated split squats, and hamstring curls whether lying or standing, it does it all.

Included in the box is a bracket supplied with suitable m16 bolts and washers, allowing the leg extension attachment to fit any rig from 60mm up to 75mm/3″, with 16mm up to 21mm hole diameter.

We recommend that when setting up the leg extension attachment, imagine the pivot point is the same height as the joint you want to move – i.e for leg extensions and standing hamstring curls – set it at knee height, whilst for lying hamstring curls or glute bridges set it at the height of the hip joint or lower. This allows extension. to be completely versatile whether using a box, bench or simply standing.

Leg Extension Rack Attachment Made in the UK

Our leg extension attachments are manufactured in the UK. Your product will be supplied with all bolts and washers needed. 

Suitable for plates with a 2” diameter including bumpers, tri-grip, and steel plates, not compatible with some IWF completion plates (we can supply a 48mm pin for this but a specialist clip will be required). Assembly is very easy and will require 2x 24mm spanners (not supplied)

  • Plate pin: 49mm (250mm loadable length)
  • Roller: premium black vinyl – 140mm wide 450mm long.
  • Supplied with bolts and nuts required to fit to rack, pin and bolts for assembly
  • Hole centres required for bracket bolts are 5-15 cm apart.
