The quicks knobs from Forte Fitness Equipment are suitable for use with M16 bolts and will assist with quick changes for your equipment.

Supplied in pairs or singles, includes a custom spanner for the bolt side (24mm).

These are heavy duty nuts and should be checked for tightness periodically. There’s no need to over tighten knobs, or use mechanical or impact drivers.
