WHAT IS A CABLE ROW ATTACHMENT?

Our cable row attachment is an effective tool to help you maximise your upper-body workouts, allowing for a variety of training routines. Simply attach this device to your cable machine, and you’re ready to perform your movements.

To complete a standard cable row movement, the user will be seated horizontally with their feet in a braced position. With the device attached to the cable machine, you  simply need to pull the weighted cables towards you, focusing on balance and motion, with control.

This movement, integral to strength training, allows the user to perform exercises with precision. The exercise is completed in reps, with the weight being upped after each rep is completed, allowing for progressive training and adaptation to increasing strength levels.
