The lack of spinal loading means the athlete can continue to work their legs without worrying about the potential of excessive spinal compression. Perfect for those looking to enhance their workout performance through directly targeting their quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes.
This product is designed to fit on any rig upright up to 80mm wide, with a 16mm hitch pin as standard.
This attachment is 1m long with a loadable pin of 250mm. No barbell clips are required to use this tool, and we recommend that you use your belt squat attachment with a 8-10 mm carabiner.
BELT SQUAT ATTACHMENT PRO: WHAT’S INCLUDED
Adjustable height kickstand and side loading pins will allow you to train far heavier weights without struggling to lift off from the floor.
Adjustable in height from 400-550mm and incorporating a self collapsing handle, simply load your plates to the side pins and then when you lift off the handle will move towards you while you do your set and then just move it back into position to unclip the carabiner.

To use the belt squat rack attachment, you will need to first attach it to your rig, or to a wall using our paired bracket with masonry bolts. Once this is complete, you will then need to attach it to your squat belt so that the extra weight is added to your squat. Using a healthy squat positioning, you can then complete your reps with a new challenge to maximise the power of your workout performance.
