Handstand/HSPU board

Made using 18mm structural hardwood ply handstand. can be attached to either side of the rig (even with the pull up bar in place) and used for handstand workouts, including kipping and wall walks.

Height is suitable for all athletes and can even be used for deficit/parallette push ups.

Fully compatible with both rig. and rig. xl

Bolts included.

Ideally stored indoors when not in used.
