The Forte Fitness Series is a series of fitness competitions organised by Forte Fitness Equipment and programmed by Josh Burniston.
The main objective of the series is to bring a professional fitness competition to your gym and to your members, no matter their level. We aim to provide a great and inclusive experience tailored to your members and open to members of other gyms.
The workouts are programmed to be a mix of Hyrox, Functional Fitness, CrossFit and Hybrid training movements.
The events encourage a positive and supportive atmosphere, with attendees of all fitness levels coming together to test their physical performance, and ultimately to have fun. Our competitions aim to be a celebration of fitness, teamwork, and personal growth, emphasizing the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle.

It was such an honour to host Forte at MTHD; Ele, Matt & Josh were so professional, kind and considerate. They were so respectful of the gym and its equipment. We felt utterly reassured & were more than happy to just leave them to it. After the competition the gym was tidy and everything was as it was before – they really went the extra mile – you wouldn’t have known they were there!
It was such a privilege to host Forte Fitness Series and we would have them back in a heartbeat.As for the competition, it was amazing to see such an event hosted at our gym. The atmosphere was a real “buzz” and it was clear for all to see; the competitors were having an absolute blast! This really is an event that is inclusive for all, whilst still remaining challenging for those more experienced athletes. Forte really have smashed this event series out of the park!
Forte have really covered every angle with this event series. The workouts were well thought out & event structure was flawless. The atmosphere was brilliant, and, to top it off Forte brought some of their equipment for competitors to purchase- this was a real hit!
We can’t wait for the next event, wherever that may be – we will be sure to travel to next one!
We really hope that MTHD can have the privilege of hosting Forte again!
